Frequently Asked Questions

I would like to visit The SOS. Should I register?

Yes! By completing the form above, we will reserve a seat just for you! In doing so, we can be expecting you and give you a warm welcome! However, should you forget or not feel comfortable, we have an allocated guest count, so there’s no pressure! We look forward to meeting you!

Is transportation available?

Transportation is available. Drivers and riders will need to wear masks at all times. If you need transportation, please include a note in your RSVP and our transportation coordinator will reach out to you.

Why RSVP?

Due to the size of our facility and our effort to social distance as much as possible, it will be necessary for us to limit the number of attendees per service. We look forward to the day when we can open to capacity, but at this time, our priority is to do everything possible to keep you and your family safe.

Should I limit how often I come to make room for others?

Not at all! If you are ready to return to in-person services, we are ready to see you! Should we reach capacity, we already have volunteers who have offered to watch online, should that become necessary.

How do I RSVP?

RSVP opens Monday for the following Sunday. Simply fill in your name and how many will be attending from your family/quarantine group. If you RSVP and can’t come, please let us know as soon as possible.

What about masks?

We are asking that everyone in attendance wear a mask or face shield, with the exception of young children. Temperature checks will be taken at the front door.

How will seating work?

The rows will be spaced 6 feet apart. Please try to have 2 seats between your family/quarantine group and the next. Our usher staff will be available to help.

Will there be KidsZone? Will the Cafe be open?

For the safety of our children and staff, KidsZone is postponed. However, we have activity sheets available for your child to provide an opportunity for them to learn on their level during the service. The Cafe will be closed, but immediately following service, everyone will be dismissed to the parking lot to fellowship together in the fresh air!

Can I still watch online?

Yes! Services will still be live-streamed via Facebook on The Sanctuary of Seminole Member Page. Simply message The Sanctuary of Seminole to join us!

Will there be a mid-week service?

Wednesday evening services will remain online only at this time. Join us live on The Sanctuary of Seminole-Member Page at 7pm!
